We needed someone to look at our AC unit. We called after hours and Chris answered the call instead of some answering service. He was very helpful and gave us his direct number to schedule the next day. We were able to get an appointment the following day, but he then called and was able to get a tech to us same day. The tech, Tyler, was early and incredibly professional and helpful. He looked over the unit and gave us a very detailed explanation of what was going on. He didn't try to upsell us and was honest in explaining that the unit was working properly. We will absolutely use them in the future; they are professional, responsive and friendly.

I have used these guys for years. They are honest and let me know what was wrong with my heater or ac when they came out for service. So recently when we decided to upgrade and replace the heating and ac, they were the choice. Installation was on time, professional, cleaned up everything when done. So Impressed with the honesty and integrity! We thought we had an issue with our A/C control board and were anticipating a minimum of $500 in repair costs. All in One was recommended to me by a real-estate agent (Kimberly) that I just happened to call to get an appointment with her husband who is an electrician. she spoke very highly of All in One and how they were able to help her with her furnace. I am in the process of selling my home and one of the many items on the inspection report was to have both furnaces and both AC units certified. I had an a/c issue and was worried about getting someone to look at it quickly, even though Chris was unable to review my issue that day, he walked me through steps to hopefully resolve my problem, knowing that may cost him the business. Well, he basically fixed the issue for me over the phone and I was able to cancel my appointment. I will definitely call Chris with all my heating and air conditioning issues from here out as he was transparent and trustworthy and made me feel like he really wanted to help and not just take my money. We had to replace our boiler system. Cole and a trainee came out and replaced my boiler, cleaned up the whole area and removed all the old parts. I've never had a job that went so smooth for us. My wife and our new baby just moved into a new home and we needed help! Our AC and furnace was 18+ years old so after 5-6 bids we decided to go with All In One. Chris was very knowledgeable and reasonably prices compared to other quotes. Cole installed the equipment and was professional. Even though the equipmemt was late to arrive they stayed late to finish it all. During installation of our furnace, our hotwater heater went out.

When we called them to tell them later that we had no hot water they came out immediately. They ended up installing a new water heater as well. I would recommend All In One to friends and family! They are quick to respond and reasonably priced.

Our AC went out on Friday when we got home from work and I was calling around looking for anyone to come take a look. At 9:00, Chris answered and said he would be over in 30 minutes. It was not "emergency" billed and he did a great job. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem along with a good explanation to me. Awesome experience with All in One Heating and Chris. Called last night @ 8:00pm when A/C unit decided not to run. Had me check a few things that did not work. Called again at 7:30am this morning, Chris came at 11:00 and got us up and running again in about 15 minutes. Not only excellent service...Chris is extremely responsive, courteous, and great to talk to.

Chris, the owner, was our service tech today. What we thought was just a routine check up and cleaning turned out to be much much more. We need to totally replace the heating unit. Several other companies have been out over the years and none of them caught the fact that my furnace, though consistently running on propane, was set to run on natural gas. Wore the furnace out much earlier than it should have. Chris caught this problem and likely prevented some pretty serious results. They are the best!
