Jon Wayne missed two consecutive appointments. However, when they finally got to my house, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything that was going on as I watched and asked questions. **Update** Within a couple hours of submitting my review I was contacted by Jon Wayne Service Co. and asked to clarify my concerns regarding my service request. During the call, in addition to an apology, the company was most concerned with what could be done to address all of my concerns to complete satisfaction.

After a short discussion we reached an agreement. I am totally impressed by any company that addresses their customer's concerns quickly and professionally. Jon Wayne Services certainly fits in that category.

Adequate job based on needs for sell of home. The duo was professional and quick. They made an array of recommendations. Only feedback I have is they left my back gate open (we have dogs) and the ripped plumbers tape seal on my back yard pipe, removing my splitter. That wasn't necessary and fortunately there doesn't seem to be damage to the line. It's important to leave things in the condition you found them. That said, they were courteous enough to ask to use and move about other things which was appreciated.

Wonderful people, very kind. Jackie came over and checked everything to let us know what we needed. He put us in contact with Tony and Chris for our Air Conditioning and Electric panels and they walked us through all the options and information that they could provide. They answered our questions patiently and didn't rush us. When the teams came out to redo our panels, they provided a generator to keep our pet snake comfortable during the cold day they had. Absolutely would recommend this company and these kind people to friends and family that need help with their home.

Although these guys are very busy they continued communicating with me about arrival time. Once on site, the plumber was courteous, professional, and explained everything he was going to do. I appreciated he was wearing a mask the entire time and put on Booties to protect my floors. He attempted to clear our shower clog with chemicals and once that did not work he used a power driven snake. He cleaned up and did not leave a mess. He was also nice to the family cat. Great plumber, great company, would highly recommend!

Had our HVAC system installed about a year ago. It went well. We had our first issue with the AC not working. Tech came out and repaired no problem. Second issue was when our heater caught fire. Long story short it was due to an apprentice wiring our furnace. They went the lazy route and used existing under sized wire along with installing the connection behind a wall with no junction box. Time after time asked for a manager and was told they don't have a manager.

Come on now, everyone has a manager. Scheduled an ac tune up as part of our package which was never done in the year. Scheduled another for a Saturday and no one bothered to show up. My wife and I have missed several days of work and we now own a backup ac window unit and portable heaters for when our year old system decides it wants to stop working or kill us. The last phone call was fun, manager is on the other line, so we wait. Then manager isn't at his desk. All in all I feel I made a poor decision choosing this company and would not recommend to anyone I care about.

The most amazing past 24 hrs has happened to my family thanks to the crew from Jon Wayne AC & Heating. Matt the salesman with the mostest took care of my hubs and I by thoroughly explaining what the company had too offer and listening to our questions and answering them with real answers. The crew of the most hardworking, knowledgable, respectful human beings became a part of our family for a few hours.

Talk about amazing service - called this morning at 7am and Not only did someone pick up the phone, a technician came out this afternoon. Zeke went above and beyond fixing my heating issues but also explained everything he was doing and why..... this is what customer championship is all about. Been a long-time customer and continue to receive top-of-the-line service. The Rescue Club Plan has been worth every penny and has saved us a lot of headaches over the years. While our old unit went out after 13 years, Im excited to see this new one in action. The whole Jon Wayne crew has been fantastic, most recently Justin W. and Jason C. Its a challenging conversation to have to talk about financing a new unit, but both of these guys humanized the process and showed the kind of expertise and care that has kept me as a Jon Wayne customer for many, many years.

I actually didnt know what was wrong with my situation. I explained it and it was estimated to be an a/c issue, possibly plumbing, but either way, they could handle the situation and would have someone out the next day.

John came out and was extremely helpful. He explained everything and went into detail on what was going on with the system in my house. He was up front on the costs, and although extremely professional, he was very personable. He was great around all my pets and I felt safe with him in my home. Thats very important to me. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks and I will always ask for John. Thank you so much!
