First I had contact with Liz, she is very nice and was extremely helpful and understanding, then her husband Albert came out and it took him less than 2 minutes to figure out what was wrong. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Both of them are very nice people and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help. They are Christians and I am proud that I made some new friends.

Albert was a huge help. He came out right away and helped us get cool air within a couple of hours. He gave us all the information we needed to get the repair done or replace our whole system. He had great customer service and was very informative, answered all our questions. Very respectful, super nice guy. We will definitely stay with this company for future issues with our A/C unit and we will be getting our new unit with him as well when we are ready. I will be referring him to everyone we need that has A/C issues

Called Freedom Air after Texas Air would not return any of my phone calls, text messages, or Facebook messages. They were at my house within 30 minutes (on a Saturday!). They were able to troubleshoot and have my AC cooling again within 30 minutes!! They will have my business for life!! Very responsive

Technician was very professional and helpful. Came out on Christmas day to replace a failed AC unit in my home. Albert and his team were awesome. Our old AC failed the first 100 degree test of the season. Freedom Air Repair came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, (unfortunately a failed compressor), proceeded to present us three options, and let us choose which way to proceed without pushing a complete new system, which we appreciated. They were able to come back later the same day and install a new outside condenser unit. We slept cool again that night. Thanks!
