Honeycomb Heating & Cooling sent their Technician Aaron B out to fix my heat today. Aaron was excellent, professional, knowledgeable,courteous, and worked QUICKLY but kept my home clean. Thank you all so much, I will recommend to all my family and friends.

Aaron did a great job coming over and accessing our A/C needs. Pointed out a few things that would help saving us money down the road. Highly recommend this company!

Arron was an ultimate professional. Explained every procedure in detail. More importantly, he understood the importance of explaining the intricacies of the problems and solutions in plain language.

Once the dialogue was completed, I had a clear understanding of the pros and cons of each plan and the actions needed to address the list of problems with my system.

Thanks to his plain-language explanations, I now feel confident I can prioritize the work that needs to be done based on my budget.

Aaron B. was thorough, he explained what he did and he showed us pictures as he explained it. He explained what was needed in terms we could understand. He was also very professional and courteous.

Honeycomb Heating & Cooling are the only ones who took the time to explain everything to me. The others just come out and look around and try to bill me, not these guys. This company did an amazing job!! They didnt rush like the other companies Ive tried. They took their time and figured out the real issue with my AC. I bought this house back in 2023, and my AC was not working properly. I hired a different company that said is San Antonio weather, so your house will be hot, but I decided to give a shot to Honey Comb and my ac is working better than it ever has. Im so grateful for them to go the extra mile with the service. Definitely call them again and recommend their services to anyone.

I just witnessed the impossible. After waiting a week for another company to replace the blower motor on our five year old Carrier unit and being told it might not be available for another two weeks--plus being told our warranty had expired--we decided to give Honeycomb Heating and Cooling a call. Brandon answered the phone at 10:30 on a Sunday night ( November 23, 2025 ) and said that he would send a technician to check it out the very next morning.
This Monday morning Aaron B. stood at our front door--a very friendly, knowledgeable and honest technician. Aaron confirmed it was the blower motor and that he had not only located one but that with the help of Brandon and his partner and Aaron--the three of them were able to prove our unit was still under factory warranty, which saved us a ton of money. Aaron had to go to San Marcos to pick up the blower motor and returned later that afternoon. He cleaned the dirty blower fan and installed the motor and had our unit up and running for the first time in two weeks. The whole service call was completed in less than six hours. A one day miracle. They must all walk on water over at Honeycomb Heating and Cooling--unlike that other company who are all a bunch of Chumps....A big Thank You to Brandon and your partner for helping us out and Thank You to an outstanding technician in Aaron.

Very satisfied with our experience with Brandon and his team. They were very professional and helped us with AC repair, replacing insulation and new Air Ducts as well as a brand new roof all at a great price! They showed up on time and got the work done.

Had a great experience with Honeycombs Heating and Cooling. Angel helped set up my new unit, and he was awesome super friendly, explained everything, and made the whole process really easy. The new system works great, and the install was quick and smooth.

Aaron & Javier were able to fit us in earlier than our scheduled appointment and were prompt. They completed a thorough check of our HVAC system and took the time to explain what they did and what they found. I have growth in my air conditioning ducts. Before I had honeycomb come out I had countless other companies come. Other companies came took a quick walk around and just send me an outrageous bill. When honeycomb sent out Aaron and Javi it was a completely different story they were timely, very thorough, while still not taking all day. Aaron taught me things about the growth and the process of getting rid of the growth that brought me a lot of peace of mind. The folks at honeycomb are very knowledgeable and I would recommend them to my friends and family!

The technicians were pleasant and very thorough. I had them for a free tune up from
CPS and they did a minor repair/ maintenance after a detailed inspection. Definitely recommended! Thank you honeycomb heating and cooling!

Technicians Sami and Angel were professional and very courteous. They did a thorough inspection of my HVAC unit. They explained what they were going to do, did it and cleaned up after themselves.
