Had the start capacitor go out in the AC. I called another company who told me their techs, if they decided to respond, would call before they showed up but he couldn't tell me if a tech would be out. When I questioned him (I figured it might be 20 minutes before they would know), I was told me it could be midnight before a tech might finish a job an call me. I gave them an hour, then called HRC. I'm so glad I did. Mike came right out (25 minutes) got my AC up and running so we could sleep through the night. It was after hours so it wasn't cheap (The service fee was the same price the other guys quoted) but oh so worth it!! Thanks Mike for getting us up and running again!

HRC installed a furnace for us a couple of months ago (at a very competitive price, by the way). It had a problem where it started to leak a substantial amount of water. Mike O'Brian came the same day that we called and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and professional. I initially gave HRC 4 stars because we had an installation-related issue, but I am going to change it to 5 because their service is great.

HRC is a great HVAC company. I have used their services multiple times and every time I have found them to be honest and reliable. Lance was punctual with his service appointment and did a great job, and I had Paul, the owner, come over to give me a quote for a job and he ended up giving me great advice that will save me from doing the work I thought I would need. I could not recommend this company more.

They came right over and fixed it for no charge. Super nice.
They always do good work.
I had other people bid jobs before and they always just wanted to put in a whole new system for 5 to 8 grand.

I called late Sunday night after my AC froze up and Mike was very kind, answered all my questions and was able to come out first thing Monday morning. He was quick, found q leak in my system, resolved the issue, and tuned everything up. AC is blowing cold now and we're all thrilled. I also appreciated how up front everyone was with costs before moving forward with anything.

HRC has a good crew. We hired them to replace 30-year old commercial rooftop units and add a ductless mini-split to our retail unit. Gosh, they were responsive. They had it done when I needed it done. I felt like I was waiting on all my other contractors but I was never waiting on HRC. They honored their quotes and I felt they took responsibility for their work.
They came back afterwards to help me with something I thought was wrong with the system and they helped me figure it out and it wasn't even an issue with the system they installed. In other other words, they installed everything perfectly and went above and beyond even that.

Paul and his team at HRC are amazing! We called them when our air conditioner suddenly started making a terrible sound, and they got someone out within a few hours that same day. Your tech Kaelen Loveless did a great job for my AC unit. High level overview he was prompt, I got a call and text he was going to be earlier then originally scheduled and he told me the problem (capacitor) and told me how much it was going to cost. I asked him about additional services He could offer, he explained them and I declined. He didnt have the part I needed in his truck but was back within the hour and finished the job. Seems straight forward but he went above and beyond and took the time to listen and address the concerns I had with an older unit. When its going to be 100 Degrees on August 24th in Woodland Hills the day you need your AC unit serviced you would hope it would be done soon. From first call to repair it was under 2 hours. FYI I asked my brother in law whos a local contractor who would give me a fair price with great service and he told me HRC. Feel free to give my number out as a reference. Doug Byers

Two prior estimates for a 1500 sq foot townhouse came in between 5500.00 and 16,000.00. Both told me my system was too old and needed replacing because of safety issues. Paul from HRC, recommended by a friend, came by and had it up and workingin less than 30 minutes because it needed to be cleaned and serviced. He even checked for cracks with a camera. For 175.00 it is up and running, no issues. Watch out for scammers they are out there and you got to get a second opinion. HRC was amazing.

I generally don't give five star reviews, but with HRC I will make an exception. I have worked with Paul and crew for many years, and they have always been responsive and informative. I have had problems with my air conditioning that they have tried to help with within the limitations of my budget. Recently our heater began to show it's age, and HRC was able to provide me a replacement - completely installed - the day after I ordered it. The folks at HRC exemplify the meaning of customer service, and their work is absolutely top notch.

HRC Climate Services is quick to respond, knows their stuff and kept checking on us even after everything was fixed.
