West Allis Heating & Air Conditioning was founded in 1959 by Floyd and Lois Brink. The company was purchased by their daughter Debbie and her husband Ron for a short period of time. It was then purchased by Dan Eaton, Debbie's son and Floyd and Lois's grandson. Dan literally grew up in the business, as he started working at the company when he was only ten years old, repairing window air conditioners in the shop.
