We arrived at our home to find out the air was not working. We called Wicked Cool based on their reviews. Within 8 hours Mike was at our home, found the problem and repaired it. He was very personable, professional and explained everything he was doing. We were happy they offered a service contract for the future. We highly recommend this company!

We recently had Wicked out to fix an AC system issue. The owner Andy came out next day and ran some diagnostic testing to identify our issue. Andy was able to identify our system flow issue quickly when other companies were unable to identify the issue after several visits. He gave us several options to remedy the situation and had a worker out the following day to fix our issue. Would highly recommend - these guys know AC/HVAC units!

Installed replacement system, their install team was very professional and arrived when they said they would and completed install when they said they would. Cleaned up after install which is hard to find. I am a licensed Realtor and deal with many HVAC companies and will recommend them to all clients. Service: Install AC

When I arrived home from work to find my thermostat at 82 degrees and climbing, I called Wicked Cool. Within minutes, they had me in touch with a tech (Mike) who was already on his way to me, and had been briefed on my situation. He arrived and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes - I had a blown motor, and it was an odd size not usually found on the market. Even though it was 8pm, Mike jumped into action - he was able to find a new motor to get into my compressor that night, and had it there and installed within a couple of hours.

I can't possibly say enough about the whole team at Wicked Cool - their service was fast, efficient, and affordable. They communicated with me via text throughout the process of replacing the motor, and sent me a profile on Mike before he arrived so I knew who was coming to my home. Everyone I was in touch with was so knowledgeable, and they all worked hard to get my system fixed immediately. I got to go to sleep in a cool house and I can't thank them enough
