We went with Kelley and Dawson for our new heating/air system a few years ago and decided to have the maintenance agreement too. They are great about setting up appointments and the check ups are thorough. Caleb was our most recent service person and he didn't just hose off the ac units, but took them apart and cleaned them well. Highly recommend!

AC went out on a holiday weekend. Called the emergency service line, and within an hour the AC was fixed and the technician was out the door. Fantastic service and experience.
