When my A/C died on the middle of June, I was desperate. I didn't have a go-to HVAC company so I went to Google, read reviews and decided to take a chance on Ace & A. Within a few days after that first call, the techs came out, confirmed that my unit was irreparable and replaced it. I also purchased a maintenance plan and get check ups twice a year. I am very pleased with the service overall.

When we bought our current home, we signed up for Ace & A's annual maintenance agreement on the recommendation of the previous owners and have had very positive experiences with them. We've had a couple of minor issues as well as the regular maintenance visits and they are always prompt, courteous, and explain things thoroughly. What I like best is I can email them if something comes up outside regular business hours that needs prompt attention but is not an emergency, and they respond very quickly and put me on the schedule for the next business day.

We have a Fujitsu system installed new in 2019 by Ace & A with our home renovation. It has been glitchy from the start. Most recently, the thermostats are no longer programmable. This has been an issue for 6 months or so. They came out several months ago to address it but were not able to fix it. They said they would contact Fujitsu for a solution but that was many months ago. I have called them every 2-4 weeks to ask for progress and nobody is ever able to speak with me and I request call backs and never get a return call.
It is very frustrating. I do not recommend using this company since the follow through on their own installation has been so poor and their communication is even worse. Update: After posting the above review, I was contacted by a very apologetic manager. They were able to identify the problem and fix it in a matter of seconds. They did not charge for the service. I hate that it took posting a negative review to get my messages returned but, in the end, they owned the problem and fixed it.

I called on Ace & A when our gas furnace broke down, on the weekend, of course. On the weekend, you leave a message on an answering machine. Within 30 minutes, they called back. Within an hour, a technician arrived and was diagnosing our heating system. A part was needed and could not be ordered from the supplier until Monday morning. First thing Monday morning, I got a call back telling me the part had been ordered and was being delivered the same day.
Before the end of the day, the technician came back with the part and installed it promptly and professionally. They also answered my many questions and were very professional. Definitely going to use this company again.

$8000 and 60 days past the start of this fiasco later, we have only half a house cooled while the upstairs is still an oven. At 8:30 pm tonight, temps upstairs are 82 degrees with box fans blaring all night. We are Simply not a priority or it seems a valued customer. They keep sending one guy who calls for a different team who comes and screws up the coolant or this or That or whatever, so repeat this again and again. Told Monday they'll fix it. Monday night told they just couldn't get us on their schedule today. Couldn't or wouldn't because they are busy scamming other people I guess. We paid and now they are scamming us with delay after delay and problem after problem. Never use this company.
