I needed to replace my 50gl natural gas water heater from 2005. I've got 4 different quotes (including one from Home Depot) and Chandler's came out cheaper, for what I think is a superior water heater. They provided an estimate over e-mail, did a quick drop in to confirm the quote, and finished the job quickly. Everyone that I engaged with at Chandler's was responsive, knowledgeable, and polite. I'll most likely be sticking with them for my other plumbing needs from now on!

Came out on a Sunday within an hour of calling to fix a leak in a pipe that was going to fail. Cost was high for the emergency call but the plumber was fast and tried to keep cost to a minimum. Will continue to use for future repairs.

The Chandler team came out on a holiday and identified the issues with a leak at a property I rent. The tenants were happy and therefore I was happy. The issue turned out to related to a new roof not plumbing but Chandler's service gave everyone peace of mind until repairs could be made. Needed 2 toilets repaired. Was able to schedule appointment within 24 hrs of my call. Chandler had to swap repairmen at the last minute, but keep the original appointment. Excellent work and reasonably priced.

The water feed line to our upstairs toilet broke at the tank.while I was in the shower! There was at least 3 inches of water EVERYWHERE before we figured out where the "extra" shower of water was coming from. Whew Called them up and they sent Brian. Wonderful, courteous, friendly and also explained what happened. He also double checked the other 2 toilets just in case. Perfect service and we have used Chandlers over the years and haven't been disappointed!
