*Update, the company got back to me and worked out our misunderstanding! Glad to work with such a responsive company, changed my review to 5 stars! :) We met Absolute at the Home Show in Layton and were impressed with the friendliness and eagerness for them to come out to our house and fix our heating problem. They arrived when they said they would and the gentleman who came out was very friendly (Tony) and worked efficiently and got our heater up and running in no time at all!
He explained the problem and went over different cost options and we would highly recommend Tony as a repairman! The only thing I was disappointed with was that the man who we talked to at the show told us that our $50 diagnostic fee would be waived if our repair was over $250 (which ours was just over $400). They did add that $50 fee into our repair cost and when I followed up with an email I was told I needed to join a club to get that which we weren't told about. That is the reason for the 4 stars but other than that, everything was great!

The price is competitive and they installed a new air conditioner and heater the next day after agreement. The installers kept the area clean and cleaned up 100% when complete. The entire installation only took one day and this was in the middle of winter when we needed heat the most. Absolute is a very small business so it feels good to support hard working, small businesses.
