These guys were absolutely amazing! They were on-time, responsive and knew what they were talking about. Not only did they repair and install a new furnace and ac unit but they took the time to FIX what other companies messed up on. They handled almost everything on the backend and made it so i did no extra work. These guys really went the extra mile and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Of the 4 different plumbers I had come look at our leak bubbling up through the French drain in the basement, Shawn was the only one who immediately and correctly diagnosed the problem. He also had a much more simple way to solve the problem than two of the other plumbers. Fixed it the same day, in 90 minutes, at a very fair price. Very nice guy. UPDATE: AUGUST 2021. Shawn came through again. I needed my no-freeze outdoor spiggot replaced, and also asked him to hook up my portable basement de-humidifier so that it emptied into the slop sink and I wouldn't have to keep emptying it by hand- this was a very complicated project which involved installation of a small pump and a couple of dozen feet of tubing to carry the water. He was fast, very good at cleanup, everything looked very professionally done, and, for a licensed plumber, I thought his prices were very fair. Still 5 stars!

Woke up to find my furnace was out on the coldest day of the year so far. I called Aggressive and they said they were slammed but would get someone to me between 2 pm and 4 pm. Repairman showed up at noon -- I was stoked. He found the problem rather quickly -- some clogged houses. No B.S. about selling me expensive parts or anything. Good, honest repair.
