Brown's service technicians have been professional and courteous with the service they provide. I am satisfied with the work Brown's did on our plumbing. We have not had a problem with any of the plumbing however did have a thermostat installed and have had issues with it regarding how the thermostat works. I do not recall if the technician from the thermostat replacement service call went into details about how to operate the thermostat and if he did it was very rushed and not helpful.

I was not satisfied at all with the service on that particular service call because of the fact that they did not explain how to operate the new thermostat. It does function however I am not confident in its operation. I have read through the owner's manual several times and still can't figure out its operation.

Look for somebody else this company isn't good Came out multiple times to fix a sensor and wanted to charge twice for the same problem. This unit is only 3 years old heater by carrier and is under parts warranty for 10 years, they told be they they were the only ones that could work on it or the parts warranty wouldn't be good. I called carrier and asked they said that isn't true i could use any carrier rep. That said i will never use them again!
