Don't waste your time. We had an inspector come on Tuesday to check the wall heater, which had no issues. Two days later it's not working. Would not recommend

0 stars Will be complaining to social gas company They were called to do evaluation for energy saving recommendations. They ended up turning off our heater in order to send a tech out for review. Our heater never had any issues prior to them coming. We are in the middle of winter with this weekend lows of 40 with elderly people in the house. I called them multiple times and spoke to the furnace department supervisor Oscar he was rude, trying to brush off on it being a government program and I should have expected that prior to signing up.
Instead of addressing my concerns and trying to help he was saying this is what we have to do and you have to wait. Very ruse uneducated guy who ended up hanging the phone on me and canceling my appointment next week for the technician to come out. This is illegal and legal action will be taken. He willingly jeopardized my families health and well being.

They install a new mini-split unit and didn't add the additional Freon. After about 4 months the unit stopped working. They came back out and reset it and said it was fixed. After going back & fwd w/them they say nothing else they can do. Unit was out of warranty. Another company came looked at it and fix the problem immediately. It just needed additional Freon because brand new units usually don't come full. Just enough to get the unit up and running. Although, the initial installation was on point. I'll give them that.

I wanted to let you know one of your service providers, car #18, is a reckless driver. This morning he almost hit my car 3 separate times. He came up on a slower driver in his lane and just came over into my lane without looking. I was next to him and I had to swerve while honking my horn. He swerved back into his lane then back into my lane almost hitting me again. But instead of going back into his lane, he decided to double down and drive down the middle of the 2 lanes.
To speed around the person in his lane. Again, he almost hit my car AND the car that he was trying to pass. The road wasnt very large and both of us were driving on our respective medians to not get hit. This is the car I was able to get this pic at the stoplight

Worst company ever, be warned, do not use them. They loose your information, staff doesn't know what they are doing. This business should not be doing business. Close down your company or do nothing else, no one should be treated badly!
