Richard agreed that he would stop by my rental property and contact the tenant about a heater repair. He never called. I called the secretary, who was very nice and responsive, three different times over the past two months. She told me she would pass the message to Richard and assured me that he would call either me or my tenant. We never got a response. Moving on to someone else.

I called them and they where on it. They had a guy out to me in an hour. They fixed a thermostat and an AC unit. I will be using them going forward. Services: Repair AC, Install thermostat, Install heating system
