Honesty, integrity, promptness, pride in work, knowledge of the products and systems, and caring about the customers real needs, not what system has the largest kickback bucks, or selling systems and upgrades you don't need, or systems that really would help. Yes, as amazing as it sounds, LEGGETT INC. is this kind of company that really exists.

I have used Leggett for 6 yrs now, and I find that the entire staff to be knowledgeable n very professional. I have had them replace my HVAC unit, do my bi-annual maintenance and even fix my heat pump for my pool.

We've never had an issue with the service technicians and today Andy kept that streak intact. He did an OUTSTANDING job and explained in detail how and why he was doing what he did and made appropriate recommendations to promote better use of our system. Our heat pump sounds better and there is more air flow. In addition to being an excellent technician, he's very articulate, well mannered and clean. Send Andy back anytime!
