Our air conditioner quit working Memorial Day Weekend. Mr. Romea came out and assessed our unit, which was leaking freon and over 30 years old. He could have charged it and got us through the summer, but we would have had the same problem next year. We had the unit replaced within a few days and the service was excellent. PJ and Mr. Romea were there early in the am and we were cooling by lunchtime. The fact that they were a family run company and local was a plus for us.

I can't say enough about what a great experience I had with Romea's Heating and AC! They quickly scheduled an appointment, gave me a detailed quote and used no pressure or cheesy sales gimmicks to try and close me. I chose to go with them for a new furnace and central AC unit. They were able to have me scheduled in a week. Showed up when they said they would, explained everything to me in detail and did even more than they said they would.

The service, price and equipment were all more than we could have hoped for. I can't say enough about how great Rick, Rich, Porky and the team were. If you have any HVAC needs and you need to be calling Romea's!

Look no further, Romea is the best in Pittsburgh and surrounding area! Rich installed a heating and cooling system in our home when we completed a home remodel in 2013. In 2022 we added an addition and had Rich come back to add a second system for the new living space. Their attention to detail, professionalism, quality, and kindness makes all the difference. You won't get a better installation or responsible service team anywhere.

Called back within a few hours during the evening and walked through our problem on the phone. Even though we didn't end up needing his services this time around will definitely be using Rick in the future. Highly recommend.
