After an $89.00 do nothing service call (when I had already told them over the phone what the problem was) Smitty's charged me an additional $471 to replace a fan motor that was under warranty. I had been told the part was covered but I'd have to pay for labor. Pretty cheeky and dishonest of them to bill me over $400 an hour! I spoke with Craig, the owner and he would not budge on the price. I paid it to be done with them but will NEVER use Smitty's again. Sad because my family has used them for years. Buyer beware.

Good afternoon! My mom, Daisy, just had Danny out to her home. Oh my goodness. He is wonderful! My nine year old son followed Danny around watching, listening and learning.
