I had another AC company for years, Mostly because they sold me a 7 year service contract, even though I purchased the biggest AC unit available my home never seemed to cool as well as it should. Finally I called Accurate and all my problems were solved! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable (took the time to thoroughly explain my options and even talked me out of purchasing a new unit--saying it was not necessary or in my best interest) and seemed to generally care. What a breath of fresh air to find a truly honest company in today's business world! They will most certainly service all my AC needs from now on. Thanks Accurate!

Mores showed up on time and was respectful and most importantly was knowledgeable. He preformed the maintenance and presented some deficiencies with the previous maintenance work. Highly recommend them. Service: HVAC maintenance

We arrived at our condo on Marco Island this evening. The A/C worked for about 10 minutes and then completely died. I called Accurate at 7:00pm on a Sunday evening, and James was at our place by 8:30pm. He rapidly identified the problem, fixed it, and was on his way in 1/2 hour! James was professional and very courteous. And, since we had a service contract with them, there was no additional charge. Highly recommend. Thanks Accurate!

SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND JUST GO WITH ACCURATE! Overall very satisfied with Accurate Comfort Services. The staff is always warm and inviting on the phone and often take the time to walk you through some steps to get the AC up and running; ALL FOR FREE! I have never had a company tell me how to do some simple things (like restart a breaker) so that I could solve the issue myself for free; so refreshing.
If they can't get your system up and running through a few simple fixes they get someone out there the same day. When I became a customer Dave told me that he tries to treat all his customers like family and after my many years of being their customer I truly believe it.
