Critical: Professionalism The driver of this van was driving like he was drunk swerving into other lane constantly. Passed over into the other lane more times than I could count. Does not look good on his company to be constantly swerving like that.

My home was built in 2013 and Eastside was the company that installed the HVAC system. This is how I became aware of them. I had them come out today for a cleaning. Raul was the service technician and he was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Prior to starting the job, I appreciated him walking me through what the service included, and showing me the parts after they had been cleaned. Though, I don't have that much to compare it to, I believe the pricing was reasonable as well I hope I don't need them to come out again anytime soon, but if I do, they'll be the call.

We had Eastside install a new AC unit in our home in 2016, recommended by our contractor. We've had nothing but problems with it ever since. The air handler has leaked and set off our smoke alarms in the middle of the night. It freezes several times every summer. It's frozen again right now and it's going to be 96 degrees today. We've had other companies come out and try to repair it over the years and they all say Eastside put in a condenser much too large for our house and that is why it keeps freezing. Eastside has chosen not to stand by their work in our case, unfortunately. We spent a lot of money on a new system that has never worked properly. I cannot recommend this company.

My neighbor was having them do a/c work and when I came home they were blocking my driveway. I told them, nicely that they were too close and they looked at me like I had two heads. They could have easily moved as there was plenty of room between their vans but they chose to not do anything. Nice, glad I'm not their customer and hope that isn't a reflection of their work or professionalism but it probably is.

Critical: Value They are expensive in my opinion. Replaced one 3 amp fuse in my thermostat for $120. P.O. # 89300. I picked them up because they built my house in 2018. Next time I will try to find somebody else. Service: Repair HVAC
