I am extremely impressed by Donovan's Heat, A/C and Electric. Brandon was our initial contact with their team. He worked to assure that our a/c replacement met our needs and was helpful by explaining all our alternatives. Brian and John led our install team. They arrived on schedule and worked diligently to stay on schedule to minimize our homes down time. Something that was impressive is that they recognized a need for additional support in the install and more team members were called in to insure the job was completed on schedule. The entire experience was excellent and I would highly recommend using Donovan's for you heating, A/C and electrical needs.

I have been a Donovan Heat, Air & Electric customer since 2018 and would highly recommend Donovan for your A/C needs. They have a maintenance plan that is affordable and includes a bi-annual inspection and maintenance agreement customers receive discounts on service products and repairs. Their customer service and technicians are outstanding, Terry is one of my Technicians and I truly get the impression that he as well as the company care about their customers.
I've had a few issues with my A/C and all were resolved in a timely and professional manner. If you are looking for an A/C company with integrity and value for your dollar, I would highly recommend you give Donovan a shot.

While we have used Donovan for several decades, we certainly appreciated their response and professional expertise when our AC began to fail the other day. A very professional man came out on the same day, evaluated the equipment, ordered and scheduled a full installation within a few days. The crew that came out was extremely professional, managed the installation with confidence and offered us a full review of their work. Excellent Service, highly recommend!

I've never had a bad experience with Donovan's A/C guys. They're "top shelf"! My power bill is often under $100 a month because they designed an excellent system with plenty of returns that I didn't realize I needed because of that the system doesn't work as hard as it might have and it will last longer and trust me I need it to last longer as I purchased a pricey system. Glad I went with Donovan they were the cheapest but you see their vehicles EVERYWHERE. I rarely don't come across someone complaining about them I think they're vehicles are out there installing new systems and doing the biannual maintenance because they are trustworthy company!
