Critical: Professionalism, Quality Their workmen will repeatedly litter on your property and have no regard for cleanliness. Thus far I have watched them litter an invoice, a Wawa coffee cup used for tobacco spit, the lid from said cup, boot covers, packaging foam, and a few other sundry items. I'm tired of picking up their trash.

My gas service had been shut off due to a detection of a leak somewhere in my house, and had had another company come out to tell me it may cost thousands of dollars plus a terrible mess in my home to get it found and fixed. Midlothian Mechanical came out the next morning, found the leak AND had fixed it in about 6 hours, at a very reasonable cost to me, not to mention not tearing up my walls. Their owner, Kevin Kirsh, and his technician Patrick, were both professional and caring about helping me get this problem addressed in a timely and affordable way. I highly recommend them for any of your heating and air conditioning issues!

The tech came and did some service, charged over $300 and left. He said our humidifier was working correctly. The next morning we found it on the floor. It had fallen from our heater and broken.

Our AC was not cooling so I called them. The woman I spoke with was very courteous and friendly. They were able to come out early the next day. Jeff was terrific.
