Home warranty companies are not what they use to be. After a very difficult 35 days and three different repair companies, no one could assist with a poor blower motor. I got a recommendation from a Trane dealer who could not work in my area and was provided with Mr. Wilson Heating and Air Company. First contact was a blast of fresh air. They understood what my problem was and called back that they had the part, offered a quote for that motor and the fee for a service call.

I agreed and two days later Eric appeared with the part, installed the replacement within the hour and briefed me on the entire system with clear detailed information. I had an unexpected water leak from my AC handler. Come to find out, the installer of the unit never cemented the joints so one came lose and water did what water does - it found a way out.
