Critical: Value The employees were polite, however we paid big dollars for an issue which wasn't resolved. I truly don't like to post negative, but I'm feeling taken advantage of, and we don't have money to waste. Well the person that arrive with very personable and knowledge. He was in a hurry. If my husband had not been there he would not have checked the component we paid to replace. It was not on his check list and the unit motor would have died. therefore, I have used Andy Lewis along time, but if he has sold the business the quality is not the same. If the young man was over worked then review schedules. I will use your service again but only when my husband is around the unit with you.
