Zack Garwood and Ivan Malinsky did a great job installing our new HVAC unit, which was somewhat complicated because it had to be connected to our condo building's roof-top water tower. Zack is very experienced with this type of installation and he also was teaching Ivan how to do such installations and to test that everything was working as it should be before they left. They arrived on time (as scheduled) and called us when they were on their way to confirm their arrival time.
They were careful to lay down cloth on our floor to protect our ceramic tile and to facilitate cleaning up the area before they left for the day. They were in our condo from 9am until 3:30-4:00 pm. They were always polite and answered all our questions. Both of them are exemplary service professionals. Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. should be very proud to have them as employees and as representatives of the company!

Sean McCutcheon's provided excellent service, from estimate to install. My 2-Ton HVAC stopped working and another company told me it would be about $2500 to test and replace the coolant. Since it was 9 years-old I decided to replace instead of repair. The estimator was thorough and explained all options and needs in good detail. It was easier for me to understand their quote than that from the other company. Sean McCutcheon's had a 4.9-star Google rating and the other company a 4.3 rating.
In addition, SM had done a small vent-add to my master bed room and had done a great and clean job. It was easy to pick SM for this big project - also they threw in the UV light for free. The install was excellent, it took longer than they thought due to some existing electrical challenges, but that was not an issue. To top it off, when the inspector came, he said "Oh, Sean McCutcheon did the job? They are the best in Sarasota", and the inspection went fast and easy. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I've been with Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating since I purchased my home 3 years ago. They installed the initial system that was here and I've continued maintenance with them. Zach Gibson does an excellent job. He always calls in advance to let us know that he's on the way. He is very professional and friendly. I am far from being an expert and he explains everything to me and answers all of my questions. I have always had a good experience with Sean McCutcheon's, and highly recommend them.
