He dressed appropriately for the work to be performed re wearing protective gear, got things done in timely manner and just an overall pleasant guy. I called on a Friday afternoon and was given an appointment the next day! No extra 'weekend rate'. Price for initial assessment is applied to the work done if you proceed. They may not be the least expensive place around but they're available more hours and have enough staff not to have a long wait. My technician, Christopher, was on time, pleasant, and professional. He dealt with a leak under my sink and annual maintenance on my hot water heater (which was not performing up to it's usual standard).

He showed me everything he found that was problematic, explained how he was going to fix it, quoted me a price, and then got the job done. He was friendly, focused on the job, polite and worked cleanly. He made the whole process easy. No more leak and lots of hot water again!
