Arties Air Conditioning and Heating installed my cooling and heating system several months ago. They did a great job! Everyone was so professional from the receptionist to the installation technician (s). I am very impressed! I would recommend them to everyone and anyone needing their services. Every detail about the service was explained to me before and after the installation. I received a letter by mail after installation from them asking if everything was okay.
That was awesome! Not very many companies do that these days. They even sent me a gift, some cupcake cookies and two Arties coffee cups to show their appreciation for me giving them the opportunity to service my AC & Heating. The AC system is working great and I am so happy and grateful that I chose them. On Thursday May 12, 2022, Nelson with Artie's Heating &Air Condition came over to install my new A/C unit. He and the other technicians were very professional they got here on time. They cleaned after themselves. Nelson told me that it was going to take about 3 hours to complete the job and he was right. I've had 3 other companies come to my house to look at my A/C and I never gave it a second thought to work with any of them.
I highly recommend Artie's, from the technicians to the ladies in the office everyone was just wonderful. a delight to work with. I was very impressed. Thank you so very much for all the hard work you all do. Excellent company
