Critical: Professionalism Just tried calling them for service. Was told the don't work with equipment out of warranty. Was told to look at the manufacturers website. As I was about to respond, the person hung up. He must have been too busy to be polite.

They didn't provide all the freon I paid for. When I questioned the tech he started giving different reasons as to ensure my system was full. I asked him about pricing he stated freon cost $175 a pound. He said my system had a leak without ever checking my system. I have yet to get response from the company. I left two messages regarding my concerns about their worker. I would not recommend this company.
