Our experience with Bell was excellent. From the start, our project manger, Lance, explained our options and what to expect very well. We had a new boiler installed, moved the entire leaking basement zone from the concrete pad to the walls/ceiling, and replaced radiators. Nate and Derrick worked on the project for a week. They were friendly, professional, diligent and openly communicated their plan and any decision points quickly.
We greatly appreciate how they took their time and limited the impact to our drywall as much as possible all while keeping work zones clean. We are incredibly happy with the end result, excited to have heat restored to the basement, and plan to use Bell for future services.

Bell Plumbing and Heating technician that showed up wanted just under $1000 to install a dishwasher. He said it was the industry standard. Old dishwasher was already gone, no issue swith existing plumbing or electrical, and it ended up being a 20 minute task with competitor company we went with.who charged around $200, a seemingly fair price for the time and skillset needed for the task. Bell still charged the callout fee though. Recommend looking elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

I recently used Bell to replace a 30 year old boiler in our house that goes to our radiant floor heating and domestic hot water supply. Nick and Josh were great. Super personable, easy to talk to, walked me through the new system (it was extremely complex in my opinion), and got everything working in the estimated time. They did a massive amount of work. The old system was not installed to code, there was quite a bit of ductwork that needed redone and a lot of piping to make it more maintainable in the future. I would recommend Bell Plumbing and Heating and will continue to use for future work.

Like a lot of customers, I regret that I ever used their services. I needed to replace a filter for a humidifier. They ended up charging me $510 with the trip charge. It shouldn't have cost more than $120-$180. Within two weeks, the unit broke down. An electrode on the unit had burned up. My suspicion it was there shoddy work but I can't prove. Another technician says this never happens., They said it should be warrantied under their work and offered to come out free to look at it.
They came out and looked and gave me a $2,100 estimate to fix it. They charged me $265 for a trip charge. I should have kicked them out of the house. I had a reputable company come in and fix the problem for $315 plus $60 for another filter. Buyer beware.

Jay is a godsend! My water heater went out early Friday morning when I was about to take my shower. He was immediately dispatched and was here within the hour. He did a complete install of a brand new water heater, expansion tank, the works. This man cares about his work, which is nigh unheard of anymore, especially in the trades (I know this because I once was one). The price was not cheap, but I am very happy with the work (and the hot water), the attention to detail, and above all else, the honesty! The one star is for the service tech, who was efficient and polite. As for the company, they charged me more for a new garbage disposal and installation than I am going to be charged by a different company for the purchase and installation of a new dishwasher! Do not use this company. They think too much of themselves. They asked for a review after the visit. I gave them a very poor review. They didn't even bother to respond.
