Critical: Responsiveness Website says 24/7, called them at 8 am on Sunday morning and they informed me someone would be calling back shortly. When I didn't hear from anyone 2.5 hours later I called back and they said they were closed on the weekends.

I woke up this morning to a broken A/C. BlueAir was able to come this morning, diagnose the problem, and fix the problem. After replacing a capacitor to correct the problem, they also verified that the system was working correctly by measuring the temperature drop in the air handler and whether the refrigerant pressure was correct. I had them add refrigerant, and my system is working great now. The technicians seemed honest and knowledgeable.

Blue Air is great! In addition to doing a great job with the actual installation of my furnace, they followed through with every single thing they promised. They said that they were going to be there at 8:00am, and they were. They said that they were going to e-mail me a copy of the warranty, and they did. They were on-time, courteous, and did it all at a competitive price. That kind of dedication and follow-through goes a long way with customer service.
