The technicians that come to do the ac check-up are always on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Garner Heating and Air has served my household for at least 10 years. I trust them completely. We had a two cycle system with dehumidifier installed and are very pleased. Dehumidification means we don't have to set thermostat as low for comfort.The system is quiet. As someone who taught mechanical engineering for 25 years, I can attest to Garner's professionalism and excellent work. This is a really good HVAC company to work with, they are responsive and good listeners, and they rescued us in a recent emergency situation with the two HVAC units that were hardly blowing cold air and leaking water into the attic area.

Routine semi-annual service and thorough review of complete system, including cleaning exterior compressor and interior blower units with protective coating of exterior unit. After performing the diagnostic, I found that the battery cap had completely failed. I presented the client with his options, and he chose to have the battery cap replaced at this time.
