Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I requested to get a copy of my warranty back in May 2019 and still do not have it. I have followed up via phone and email since May 2019 with no luck. Each time I am told the Office Manager will call me back. I will encourage everyone not to conduct business with this company. This is unprofessional and I have no tolerance for it.

Do not use! If you use this company you are wrong! I purchased a system from A and E in the summer of 2020. They have been nothing short of absolutely awful to work with. It has been about six months since I purchased a 2 ton unit and it started having issues with heat. It was clear that the problem was due to a bad install. The fan speed was set improperly and the Freon level was wrong causing the unit to shut down.

The unit had not been serviced by any other company. They billed for the repair even though it was their bad install that resulted in the problem and the unit was under warranty. The problems with this company started immediately! Right after the unit was installed, I noticed a huge mess that they left by the unit, broken concrete, wire, lunch trash etc. On further inspection We found that they had not hooked up the emergency heat, they installed the drain line improperly and the Unit was pressurizing wrong causing it to shut down. The bottom line is. don't use this company! If you do, be prepared for them to fight you tooth and nail on everything. They are absolutely terrible to work with.

Not a good experience. They broke a knob on a little door that opens to access the ac unit. Also they over charged for a repair. The repair didn't even last 24 hours and the ac stopped working. Then they came back and said the unit needed to replaced. They didn't even bother to try to fix it.
